About GMS Building
Built on experience.
GMS Building is led by Graham Slyfield, with more than 30 years' experience in construction across Cornwall.
Graham’s previous experience includes managing the construction of Sylvania in Feock from initial site clearance through to project handover during his time with Davey Construction Ltd. The completed home was later featured in Grand Designs magazine.
Today, Graham brings that experience to carefully selected GMS Building extensions, refurbishments and suitable individual new homes, working alongside his son and a trusted network of trades and specialists while remaining personally involved throughout each project.
